New building programs

Building new properties requires a high level of mastery in construction standards, in production processes and a high level of knowledge of work techniques. Each project has its own specific requirements, related to its location, its destination or its architecture. The diversity of the projects, pushes us to show flexibility and adaptability while keeping the rigour required by the act of building.

Renovation

A rehabilitation is never trivial.
Sometimes it allows to treat a specific problem, sometimes it consists in fundamentally modifying a construction. The effect, before and after, is often impressive. However, we pay particular attention to the balance and the environment of these buildings, which have existed in this state for several decades. A strong technicality, a global vision and a strong sense of creativity, are necessary for this type of missions.
